Volkswagen Group of America’s Graduate Program is a two-year rotational program designed for high performing, business-minded recent college graduates seeking career growth in the automotive industry. Selected candidates have the opportunity to experience a variety of roles within the organization, while performing high-impact responsibilities that allow graduates to make significant contributions to our business success. Upon successful completion of the program, which includes training, mentoring, networking, and exposure to all levels within the organization, graduates have an enhanced opportunity to be hired into traditional direct roles.
