Subaru of Indiana Automotive Announces Executive Changes

Subaru of Indiana Automotive (SIA) is announcing the following executive changes, effective April 1: Nobuyuki Bando has been appointed Chairman and CEO, succeeding Ryota Fukumizu, President and CEO, who is returning to Japan to serve as Chief General Manager of Monozukuri (Manufacturing) Division. Scott Brand has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), the first American to serve in the role. Brand began his career at SIA in 1989 and has served in a variety of leadership roles within SIA’s Manufacturing, Production Control, Quality and Materials Management Departments.
