Yazaki Named Founding Industry Supporter of Stanford Sustainable Mobility Center

June 30, 2026 — Yazaki North America, Inc. has joined the Sustainable Mobility Center (SMC) at Stanford University as a founding industry supporter, strengthening its commitment to sustainable, technology-enabled mobility.

The center, part of the Precourt Institute for Energy within the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability, is a cross-campus initiative focused on rethinking how people and goods move across land, sea, and air. The center connects leaders from industry, academia, and government to advance more efficient, accessible, and sustainable mobility systems.
