Subaru of America Provides Support for Hurricane Helene and Milton Relief Efforts
Subaru of America, Inc. announced support for hurricane relief efforts across the Southeastern United States in response to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, working with existing national partners to aid in recovery programs. As part of the automaker’s ongoing commitment to being More Than a Car Company®, Subaru, along with its retailers, is offering nonprofit donations and employee matching contributions to Meals on Wheels America, Feeding America®, the ASPCA® (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals®), the American Red Cross, and World Central Kitchen, as well as customer financial relief to help communities recover from the storms.
As a long-standing partner of Meals on Wheels America, Subaru is donating $100,000 to the national leadership organization’s Emergency Response Fund, helping to ensure that home-delivered meals continue during emergencies so that no senior is forgotten. These funds help provide critical resources such as meals, gas cards, generators, and repairs for local Meals on Wheels programs impacted by the storms and flooding. Subaru is the largest automotive donor to Meals on Wheels America, having contributed more than $32 million over the past 15 years.
Subaru of Indiana Expands Health and Wellness Center
DYK Subaru of Indiana (SIA) has an onsite Health and Wellness Center? The facility first opened in 2011 to provide SIA associates and their immediate family members with convenient, onsite services at no cost to them. After a recent remodel and 6,000+ square foot expansion, associates now have access to additional rooms for medical exams, a full-service physical therapy gym, and a large conference room/classroom for health-based classes.

Subaru of Indiana Hosts 24-Hour CASA Cycling Challenge
For the 13th time, Subaru of Indiana hosted the 24-hour Subaru CASA Cycling Challenge on their two-mile oval test track. This year’s event raised more than $108,000 for abused and neglected children. Since SIA began hosting the event in 2011, more than $1.3 million has been donated.

Teaching the basics saves lives - this is the principle behind Subaru's Team Leader Technical Training program. The program allows team leaders to pass on in-depth knowledge to associates and ensure everyone understands the importance of safety in the assembly of a Subaru vehicle.
Subaru of Indiana partnered with the Sagamore Council and Boy Scouts of America at Lyn Treece Boys & Girls Club of Tippecanoe County to support young automotive engineers. Together, the group began working on Pinewood Derby cars.
