Mercedes Aids State COVID-19 Vaccine Efforts with Portable Freezer Donations
The state of Alabama’s COVID-19 recovery has been given a boost by Mercedes-Benz U.S. International Inc. Officials with the Vance-based company donated three portable freezers to the Alabama Department of Public Health to support its COVID-19 vaccination delivery efforts.
“Now more than ever, every individual, every business and every entity must do whatever we can to help the state of Alabama get through these challenging times,” said Michael Goebel, MBUSI’s president and CEO. “Our survival and our community’s recovery depends on our getting back to some sense of normal as soon as we can.”
