Autos Drive America Revamps Website, Touts Impact of International Automakers

February 8, 2024

Improved website features new design, data tools, and stories from automotive facilities nationwide

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Autos Drive America today announced the launch of its revamped website featuring a wealth of valuable member-focused content for lawmakers, media, and auto industry stakeholders. With a fresh and modern design, the website aims to better serve audiences by providing more information about international automakers and their community impact, timely insights into Autos Drive America’s research and policy efforts, and positive stories coming out of the U.S. automotive industry.

“International automakers are making an impact in American communities, investing a total of $107 billion into their U.S. operations and supporting 2.3 million American jobs,” said Jennifer Safavian, Autos Drive America president and CEO. “Our revamped website will serve as an important gateway to our advocacy work and will help us highlight the tremendous investments, exciting workforce initiatives, and charitable acts of community service our member companies are engaged in across the country.”

Notable Updates:

  • New Member Impact Section. This will house economic data about international automakers operating in the U.S. and information on their workforce development programs. The new data center will seamlessly enable site users to sort by state and member company.
  • New ‘Investing in US’ Page. This will house information about member investments—in their workforces, communities, and employees. The Investing in US page will have employee testimonials, philanthropic and community initiatives, and educational programs, sortable by member company.
  • Refreshed Issues Page. Our new and improved issues page will provide more information on our core policy priorities—jobs, trade, and growth.

The updated website is live at www.autosdriveamerica.org. Visitors to the website will also find an updated newsroom section featuring notable news from Autos Drive America, including Jennifer Safavian’s monthly CEO column and a data center with Autos Drive America analyses.

“We are confident that the revamped platform will not only meet but exceed expectations, providing an immersive and insightful experience for all,” Safavian concluded.
